About the Project
Join a team building a specialized AI-powered platform for professional investment portfolio automation and monitoring.
The product leverages artificial intelligence to automate portfolio operations, improve data quality, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights for investment professionals. You’ll contribute to a modern, data-intensive product where automation, reliability, and scalable engineering are at the core of every technical decision.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions for production systems, data extraction, data quality, evaluations, and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain asynchronous Python services for LLM-powered PDF scraping, data extraction, and document processing.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, E2E testing, build processes, dependency management, deployments, monitoring, and operational tooling.
- Identify recurring production issues and turn them into long-term solutions through automation, regression test coverage, and operational improvements.
- Enhance data ingestion, extraction, workflow reliability, and data quality processes.
- Expand evaluation frameworks and automated test coverage.
- Deliver well-defined parts of larger engineering initiatives, including migrations and deprecation efforts.
- Own tasks end-to-end—from investigation and implementation to validation and production rollout.
- Work independently in an asynchronous environment, taking ownership of tasks from investigation through production deployment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python.
- Good working knowledge of TypeScript and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across application code, data pipelines, workflows, and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of data quality, retry strategies, idempotency, and safe production deployments.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring detailed task breakdowns.
