Currently, we are searching for an experienced AQA Tech Lead for a healthcare project to become a great addition to our team.

HARD SKILLS:

• 5+ years’ of hands-on experience in developing automated tests using test automation frameworks at the UI, API and DB layers;
• Practical experience in analysing business needs for test automation, selecting and evaluating new tools for the company;
• Proven experience in strategizing, developing from scratch and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks;
• Proven experience in at least one of the scripting or programming languages such as Java, JavaScript;
• Solid technical understanding of Web Development principles, Mobile Applications and APIs: XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST;
• 3+ years’ experience supporting the delivery of quality products in agile teams;
• Previous experience with relational databases and scripting in SQL;
• Working knowledge of GIT, Bitbucket, Azure Devops and modern-day CI/CD;
• Hands-on experience with programming or automation in Selenium, Playwright or Cypress;
• Working experience with build automation and frameworks, such as JUnit, Spring Boot, TestNG, Maven, Gradle;
• Hands-on experience with API Testing using SoapUI, Postman and Swagger;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in a related technical field;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (effective written and verbal communication).

SOFT SKILLS:

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross functional team of business analysts, project managers and software developers;
• Ability to consistently meet strict delivery deadlines;
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
