About the Project
You’ll join a product engineering team developing a modern AI-powered platform for enterprise customers. The product focuses on automating business workflows and building scalable, data-driven solutions using modern web technologies.
The team actively embraces AI-powered development, using modern coding assistants to improve engineering productivity and software quality. We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership, understands the product beyond implementation, and proactively contributes to technical and product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL.
- Develop new product features and continuously improve existing functionality.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Leverage AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to long-term technical improvements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript.
- Experience building applications with Next.js.
- Experience working with GraphQL and modern API-driven applications.
- Strong React knowledge.
- Product mindset with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience using AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) in the development workflow.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable application design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
